Darisa is a certified fitness trainer (strength and resistance/IWA), YOGA and Childrens Yoga, studied with Ana Brett and Ravi Singh / Grounded Yoga. Darisa has been intrigued by the human body since she was a young girl. Growing up Darisa excelled in study of human anatomy and functions of the body and mind. Darisa has pursued her interest in connecting fitness, self care, human relations and spirituality for a better understanding in finding the balance in life. She brings this multitude of knowledge to the mat as she practices along side you for a custom workout to fit your body's needs and range of motion. Darisa teaches private one on one and small groups breath work, stretching, yoga, stability ball, band and free weight techniques you can take with you anywhere. Julie CloarJulie Cloar began her yoga Journey in 2001
She, like many, found her way to yoga because she wanted to reduce stress and improve her body- build strength and flexibility. Julie received her 200-hour yoga certification to teach in September, 2010 from Midtown Yoga, Memphis. Her classes are Vinyasa Flow with pranayama (breath work) and a meditation practice. I value my students and want to help them use their yoga practice as a tool to find peace and the light within.
Julie teaches all levels Vinyasa Monday and Thursday evenings 6:00-7:15, Saturday all levels 9-10:15 & Foundations 10:30-11:45pm. Classes are $12 drop-in or save with a Class Pass.
